Plaid 12V battery died at detailer

Car is brand new. Dropped it off to get wrapped. A few days sitting there and the car just died (with the main battery at 70%). Fortunately the frunk was already open so they were able to easily jump the 12V and everything has been fine since then. Has anyone else experienced this?

I remember when I had a 3, within a month of owning it I got an error that one of the motors had been disabled. But after letting it sit for a few hours the error went away and I never saw it again for the 3 years that I had it. Just wondering if this battery issue might have been a one time fluke like the motor issue.
