Plaid 21 Arachnid Wheel dims

I see a lot of the 2019/2020 S owners who went to aftermarket 21's with 10.5 rear and 9.0 front width wheels. Many went with 285/30 tires in the rear and 245/35 upfront.

Would those be the recommended tire sizes for same size wheels, but for the plaid and new LR as well? Especially considering the front OEM 21" Arachnids for the refresh s's use 265/35 tires upfront?

according to the documents above the new wheels for the front are 9.5. So I'd say probably not recommend a 9" if you can now fit a 9.5. I'm guessing most of us who upgrade wont be able to keep our existing set of wheels spec'd for the old body style as they wont be aggressive enough

I’m glad I didn’t buy the nee arachnids for my 21 pre refresh. I don’t think would’ve fit at all.

I ordered an S with Arachnids but need to fit some All Seasons/Winter tires before the flakes fall. Does anyone know if 295/35 would fit and clear the strut tower?

Hey all, just got my new Model S Plaid delivered last week! In love! Car is a blast to drive. Ultimate daily!

I am looking to swap the wheels. Car was ordered with 21 Arachnid wheels, but just not really feeling them. Looking to go wit a 22" Forged to give it a better look.

Can anyone share the specs of the new 21 Arachnid wheels? They appear to be wider than the regular Model S.

Dealer mentioned they should be 21x9.5 Front and 21x10.5 Rear. Tire sizes are 265/35/21 Front and 295/35/21 Rear.

Can anyone confirm share some information on this? Also need backspacing.

Has anyone tried to install the rear wheels on the front? Do they fit without issues in cheetah mode and driving? I ordered my car with 19" wheels and I was thinking about going 19x9.5 square but there are not many option unless I get something custom. I found plenty of 19x10.5 with a many different offsets; I am looking to stay close to the stock +45 offset. Thanks

@ jamie what tire size is he running in the photos above for the new re-fresh model S on 22's? 265/30/22 and 295/25/22?

edit (Just noticed that is not a re-fresh). Question still stands, what tire sizes are people running on the new platform?
