I have lost my TuneIn and theater. Both are blank anyone else have the same issue on this software release?

My car is completely bricked. Been installing this crap update for almost 2 and a half hours now. Was supposed to go on a trip but I'm sitting here twittling my thumbs. My fault for doing an update right before I leave, but I've never had them take more that 30 min
