Plaid loud whine on regen

I picked up my Plaid on Friday and right from the start it has a loud whine when on regen. It can be heard inside and outside the car. I have not had time to take it to the SC yet.

Any thoughts? Anyone else with this issue? It is a 431xxx VIN with a build date of June 3rd. Thanks.

I did just try something I saw posted about rust. Basically several hard braking events from speed is supposed to help. I tried and it is gone. Too soon to know if it is permanent. Will post back with verdict in a few days.

Over the next month or so it got progressively quieter. It's gone now. SC did not seem concerned about it when I mentioned it to them.
