Plaid top speed reduced from 163 mph to 149 mph?

Put on the 22” wheels and it’s 163

Entirely not my point. The 20" Cyberstreams used to be 163 mph but now the the Plaid 20" comes with all season tires. When I got mine it came with summer only Y rated (186 mph) tires and the top speed on the configurator was 163 mph for both wheel sizes.

Not that this is a particularly relevant question given I'm unlikely to exceed that speed, but did they keep the original 163 mph for the 20" wheels that were delivered with Y rated tires or did they lower it for everyone with a software update?

And of course, those that actually need the speed can just change it in the settings to 22" regardless of which wheels they have on. The car doesn't know the difference. The diameter of the 22" tires is the same as the 20" tires.
