Plastic bags inside Tesla MS

Was in an accident today. Driver crashes into my rear left passenger side area. Noticed white plastic bags inside. Couldn't really get in there and inspect it, but it's definitely plastic, and definitely bags...or bag-like.
Tried doing an initial google search, but no results.

What is the purpose of these bags?

That's just the gold dust your local dealer was supposed to have removed already. Leave it alone, or Vinnie might have to talk to you.

Sorry to hear about your accident. The tow truck driver should have tied down the vehicle using the proper straps that go over the top of the tire. Hope you don’t end up with damage to the alloy wheel as well as damage to your car that needs to be repaired.
