Please help: Clicking sound from A Pillar headliner in Model S Plaid

Hey folks, I could really use some help isolating this clicking sound coming from the headliner in my Model S.

The sound is quite faint, but varies on how fast I'm driving. It clicks every half second when I'm moving. Sometimes it's louder when I'm driving faster.

After 30 minutes of troubleshooting, the Tesla Service tech blamed it on the car's body flexing and said there's not much I can do to resolve it.

Does anyone have any possible guidance they can provide me?

I found the source of this noise. There is a small speaker that has metal screws that rub the metal structure. I pulled the rubber door seal off on the left drivers door. I put in some thick foam between the screws and structure. No more sound. So far, 1year on. I think it is fixed
Madness such poor quality. Last Tesla I will purchase
