Please help, Tesla financing doesn't work?

Hi everyone!
Finally i got my VIN and DD is Feb 9-Feb 13.
Yesterday i called to change my payment method from cash to financing. I filled up all information and when i press apply button this error message showed up: "We are experiencing technical issues loading your payment details. Please try again later."

WTF? i contacted technical support, SA, financing and nobody knows wtf is tht.

I tried different devices(phone app, laptop, desktop), chrome browser, safari, internet explorer, tried multiple times to log out and log in. But still nothing. it keep saying; We are experiencing technical issues loading your payment details. Please try again later.

I dont think there is anything you can do to resolve it yourself, though. I am linking this thread just to answer "anyone have same issue" question. Perhaps wait until monday, try again, and contact tesla if it doesnt work then.

Sorry to hear that. No I haven't experienced it yet. It is possible that their system is going to through some issues. Perhaps wait for a little bit and try again. Not sure what can be done, as you seem to have done everything I would normally do given the circumstances.

It may be similar to when i was able to make a payment, which was only enabled 24 hours before i took delivery.

I just did and they called me and explained it was because of my address. Its a long city. once fixed, shortened it. Everything worked hope it helps

I had that issue. They called yesterday and said it was because of my address, my city was too long, so we shortened it and every thing worked. Hope that helps
