That’s both good to know and frustrating at the same time. Mobile Service in Winnipeg hasn’t been available for me since about 3 months ago when I had them out to fix a window that wouldn’t close. I had called the Calgary Tesla store where I bought my car from to ask if they could tell me anything and the person just told me that they weren’t aware of any current mobile service options in Winnipeg.
I also just finished waiting 2.5 weeks for Tesla Online Order Support to bother replying to an inquiry about an order for tires and rims that I’d placed over 2 months ago only to have them tell me to try using the app to schedule mobile service and put in the description that I was wondering where my order was. I emailed them back just minutes ago informing them that there is no way to schedule mobile service appointments in Winnipeg (and hasn’t been for months) and that I was dumbfounded why ”Online Order Support” wouldn’t/couldn’t answer any questions about an order I placed ONLINE over 2 months ago for items listed as “in-stock” that still are stuck in limbo. If “Online Order Support” doesn’t answer questions about Online Orders…um…why do they exist??? ARGH!
Sorry for the rant. Genuinely thanks for sharing what you know about actually being able to get mobile service even if I haven’t jump through hoops to get it.
