Plug in wall charger

Dumb question I'm sure-- but a few months ago I saw the wall charger from tesla that plugged into the nema 14/50 plug- They don't have them for sale anymore- what happened?

They stopped making out. Only came out Briefly. You can find it on eBay sometimes. Not sure why it was stopped.

I avoid Ebay like the flu-- I'll wait until Tesla sells em again- if they do. thank you!

They used to sell a corded wall connector. I think that's what he's referring to.

Also, just fyi, I think you can pigtail the regular wall connector to a NEMA 14-50 outlet (as opposed to hard wiring it) if that's what you were looking to do.

The product page for it recently said that when they finished selling out the last of their current stock, it would be permanently gone, and they would not be offering it again.

But if you are going to get a wall connector, I do recommend hard wiring it in anyway.
