PlugShare Not Showing NRMA or ChargeFox

I’m having troubles getting PlugShare to show NRMA and ChargeFox chargers.

I’ve tried adding all the charger types and networks. Deleted and redownloaded the app. Signed in and out. Changed car types. Set plug score to zero and other values.

Nothing has worked so far.

Anyone else having this trouble?

In WA, RAC chargers look to have gone as well - now chargefox (I couldn't be bothered jumping hoops - they don't work half the time anyway - went to a destination charger)

I can see Tesla superchargers and some of the ChargeFox ultra-rapids. Not the DC fast chargers or the type 2 AC chargers

Ive been having plugshare app issues showing all chargers for a month or so. I let them know but they don't see the problem on their side.

PlugShare tech support say that having the hotel/lodging toggle on narrows the search to just the places with accommodation.

I turned that toggle off in the app and on the website and that has fixed the problem.

Yep, I am not seeing all the charging points I normally can see too.
I am using the IOS app v5.7.1.1, which seems to be latest.
The web version works fine.

Thanks. That was my problem too.
Must have toggled it recently when I was planning a trip to Broken Hill.
