Yea, buy a Performance car from Tesla

They don't sell them separate yet, but if you really want to look like a P3D then you can go to places like RPM Tesla for aftermarket versions.

Lol, the irony is that you can't get them even then. Just got mine yesterday and no spoiler and no tire mobility kit. Did have the dual motor badge though...

I'm not 100% sure, but I suspect it's the fancy-fied version of a can of fix-a-flat that comes with many cars nowadays to save money and vehicle weight over outfitting with a spare tire. My M3 (the BMW kind) had one.
