Podpoint at home - App not connecting to network

Had my podpoint home Charger
Charger fitted today. All went well the electrician did a great job to be fair.

Having an issue connecting to their network using the App. It asks for a PSL number when I enter the number on the charger it says there is an issue and contact support. Any ideas anyone? I've contacted them awaiting reply.

I had to phone them. They sorted it remotely. TBH the app doesn’t give you any useful features so I wouldn’t bother......(sorry to disappoint!)

Ahh OK cheers. Thought it gave you info regarding your charging time cost etc?

Download and use the EV.energy app and use that to schedule your charging.
Gives you much more than the pod point app does

It tells you how is how much you charged. That’s it. The calculation into money (£) isn’t particularly reliable. No timed charging. I haven’t used the App in 6 months.

Mine did the same, had to ring to get the app and Podpoint to talk to each other!

Currently using the podpoint app every now and again to gauge costs but am thinking of using the EV.energy app.

Just had an email from them. They've connected it remotely. All now up and running.

I had mine installed on tuesday but waited like 6 hours and it then accepted my psl number.

No scheduled charging from the app sucks but they have confirmed it will be included in an update early 2021.

They said that about 2020.
