It's not covered under the TSB, for some reason, - the LR. Perhaps Tesla will issue a separate one for it at some point...

Lame, like most things Tesla issue resolution related for the Model S/X "Flagships"....

That vibration doesn’t occur on the ‘21. Only ‘22 and ‘23.

That vibration (from the compressor) has occurred all the way back to pre-refresh Model S/X. Upon startup on warmer days the compressor can be felt in the steering wheel and footwell on both my 2015 P85DL and 2019 Raven.

Of the current refresh models, for some reason the '21 refresh is the only year that doesn't have the startup vibration that lasts only a few mins around 25-40mph (ish). Both the '22 and '23 have this. Probably '24 when it arrives in the coming weeks, unless they come with the TSB already applied...

The only thing that runs at a different speed around startup vs. the rest of the drive at the same 25-40mph speeds is the compressor (or at least it is the only thing with enough mass and vibration to be felt within the cabin. aside from driveshafts that is).
