Pomona Body Repair Process

My car received a little damage from a stray cone on the freeway. I made an appointment to go to Tesla’s Pomona body shop. Does anyone know if that appointment is for repair, the estimate, or both? Wondering about the process,

Most of that can be buffed out.

Yes it can, but there’s a crease created by the cone on the rocker panel that will prevent everything from being buffed out. I took it to a details shop and they didn’t want to buff it because of the crease. Took it to a body shop and it’s $2000 worth of damage. So... going to Tesla to get it repaired.
