Poor LTE connectivity

I purchased a model X in October 2019. From day 1, I have had intermittent periods of poor or no LTE connectivity. What is interesting, is that I have not yet returned my leased 2016 model X. In the same location where I have 3-4 bars on my 2016 model X or my ATT phone, I will have no signal in my 2019. I have NEVER had an issue with my 2016 on the same roads where I can drive miles with no signal on my 2019. This severely hampers navigation. It essentially makes navigation unusable in certain areas. If you have experienced this problem, please sound off. Due to the relative lack of previous reporting on this issue, I am asking for responses if you have had this issue.
