Porsche Dealer 350kW Charger Not Working

So I tried using a Porsche dealer 350kW charger today after I spoke with the dealership and they told me that they aren't limited to Porsche vehicles.

I was successfully able to start a charger on the stall and was drawing 120kW but then after 30 seconds the charger stopped and a general error came up on the stall screen.

Has anyone else had a good experience with these chargers? The kWh rate through Octopus is quite good at 29p/kWh.

Don’t they also charge 40p a minute or similar on top? Seems to be the case according to the juice app.

My dad got stung with that charging his BMW i4 using a lower kWh rate using his bmw account card.

They do, 42p/min, but I calculated the total cost would make it about 50p/kWH which is the cheapest rapid charger at the moment.

Wouldn’t count on that as their rate falls off pretty quickly. What average rate did you base that on?
