Operator error especially if he just stepped out of an older MercBenz ICE with the 4MATIC trans before getting into the Taycan.
An old MB that my dad had was designed to automatically shift into neutral as you come to a stop using the brakes, then to get going you had to dip into the accelerator to get it going in 2nd gear, dipping further would activate a switch to shift it down to 1st gear.
The Taycan 'driver' had time to skip over to the brake pedal but 5,000 lb cars need more distance to stop.

posts like this are akin to the early anti tesla nonsense, cars catching on fire, guys sleeping with AP on. 99% of incidents are operator error.I think this one was real. Crashed their new Taycan and a couple other cars.
