I wrote a thoughtful and detailed letter to the appropriate Tesla employees, and this appears to be well-addressed through management chains. I wrote with a focus on the value proposition of having Tesla customers versus other customers, since we are a tad more likely to be eating a meal while we wait for our car to charge.
