I saw some threads earlier where people were reporting front sensor failure in software version 2017.42 and 44.
Wife's MX P90D was at 50. She slightly scraped her and another car while parking the other day. She is fairly confident that the sensor did not go off. The weather was about 40F, no dirt, snow or buildup on the sensor... no xpel to block anything.
I called Tesla and requested to pull the logs to see if the sensor went off at that specific time frame... If my wife is mistaken, I may have to repaint the front bumper before returning the lease in about a year. I am sure it will be pretty expensive unless Tesla give some kind of "allowance" for bumper scratches.
Any advice/feedback will be greatly appreciated.
