If V4s are for Semis, there is not pull thru lanes. No other V4s are in the system per the Data tab on supercharger. Fingers crossed.. Just say an AZ location will have a V4 on a google search.

Buc-ee’s doesn’t allow semi’s in their parking lots (only buses) so we will probably not see semi chargers at any Buc-ee’s locations.

This will be good for the Fort Worth side of the Metroplex. It will be interesting to see what Buc-ee's does with "charging for everyone else". Saw my first Porsche Taycan and it was a good concept except for the open road (as of now).

While the context of North American charging has changed (i.e. Ford, GM, Rivian, etc) adopting Tesla's NACS plug, it's looking like Buc-ee's might already have the (soon to be) charging for 'everyone else' option.

That said, glad to see this option on the NW side of Fort Worth; makes hop up to Amarillo doable without a stop, conditions permitting.

Was just there and there was someone working in/on the transformer.



Neither he nor the staff could advise on the location coming online.

Would note one of the four bays per prefabricated installation appears to have no obstacles to backing in for those with a bumper cargo carrier.

Note that only some of the pedastals are working. In-car nav is accurate. Note to self: if Tesla ain't lit, it ain't gonna charge no matter how many times you try.

Amazingly, the Buc-ee's staff was THOROUGHLY cleaning the pedastals. Wiping down the top, sides, cable,etc. They even cleaned the little red vehicle charging signs!

The 16 slots on the West of the South entrance are working fine. The bank of 4 on the East are coned off, I assume not working. The location is live in the car nav. I have FUSC, so don’t know if they charge $$$ for electrons yet, but the site is very much online.
