Possible to charge Tesla (car) with excess solar generation?

I just had a 34KW Solar system with 3 PW+ and 5 PW2 installed. I can't export power to the grid until I get PTO which could be up to 90 days. Once my PW's are full, is there a way to have the excess power charge our Teslas, automatically adjusting the power to the car based on the amount of solar that is being over produced in real time? We have 2 Gen 3 HPWC if that helps.

TIA
We are pretty close in setup, but with you have more solar but less PW's than me, what I do would seem to work for you.
Here is what I am doing. I connect my Model Y when I am away. My one bank of batteries charges by noon, and that solar bank starts sending 10kw to the grid. The second set charges maybe at 3, and then sends like 11kw back to the grid.
So, I just sent the turn on charging like at noon. This way instead of sending solar to PGE, I charge the tesla, and the batteries are charged. Very simple.

Charging up! 10:45 am
More then enough for all!
