Hi all - 24 hours in and loving my Model 3. I noticed a small paintwork scratch on collection in Birmingham yesterday, which they logged. Today I had a detailer run his eye over the car and spotted a small dent in the chrome window trim. No idea how I missed it yesterday but hey ho. So that’s 2 issues, not too bad I suppose given some of the stories I’ve read. Not entirely sure of the process to get these fixed though. So I decided to submit both of them as a service request via the Tesla app. Next availability in Bristol is end October. My assumption is that Tesla will fix both of these with no payment required. At the point I submitted the service request I’d done 103 miles but 90 miles of that was driving home from Birmingham. Is this the right process? Anything else I should be doing?
