Post-Delivery Survey: Service to customer community

Tesla sent me a satisfaction survey after having taken delivery. This is what I wrote. Hope this nudges the right people at Tesla and to do better:

Tesla customer communication is a joke. Unreliable, utter fiction. It appears the factory has no communication with the delivery team and the delivery team pulls dates from a roulette. Look at my delivery dates: June > blank > Nov > Jan > Feb > Mar > Apr (on 2/9/22) just 5 days later on 2/14 the Model X-Plaid was suddenly available and delivered on 2/16... Causing me to scramble to get resources lined up. Need I say more?
