At what point can new users start rating posts (Like, Informative, Funny, etc.)?

At what point can new users start rating posts (Like, Informative, Funny, etc.)?

P.S. Maybe I can do this already and don't know how.

Need more posts. I think the cut-off may be around 12 or something. They'll start showing up.

It's eight for signature and other updates. It may be the same for ratings. Looks like you may need just a few more posts.

Took me a Google search to find this out. Searching ‘ratings’ etc at TMC didn’t lead here or anywhere with that information. I’ve been aTMC reader since I made my pre-reveal deposit in 2016, took possession of our 3 before I ever got close to one.
Guess I’ll do 5 or 10 more posting soon.
