Is it just me or did I pick the wrong day to call Tesla Owner Support? Called 877-798-3752 and have been on hold 109 minutes, and counting.... Just wanted to ask two questions: #1 Approximately when Version 9 may be available for my Model 3 that was delivered to my home 10/5/18, & #2 How can I have Tesla send me two paper ("Zero Emission") plates while I wait for the DMV to do their thing? Did Tesla stop including new paper plates or was it my delivery set-up person's mess-up? (1:51:05 on hold, and counting...) :-((

My S cam with two paper ZERO EMISSION "plates" and our X came with only one. All went into the trash. The updates are pushed out to a few cars at a time, and Tesla can't tell you when your number will come up.

To be fair, Tesla support was very supportive & communicative between time of initial vehicle payment up to 3-week window vehicle delivery...

#2: You could have made your own, printed them at Office Max (or wherever) and been home by now.

It’s because of unnecessary calls like this that the hold time is so long.
