So after a tech diagnosed the squaking noise from this thread Squeaking Noise

it turns out, the sound, was coming from a bolt in the subframe. SC was not able to remove the bolt
so now they sent it off to an auto body shop for some ..... welding.

Okay big red flags.

this is a new car, and now im driving a welded up car and who knows if it will crack after warrenty ends.
Do I have rights to deny a car after service? such as taking it to another professional to get a second look?

I paid full price tag for this car, why am I driving a car that may alter the way it crumbles after a crash? Who knows how large or small it is.Who knows if the weld will crack. Who knows if it rust at the weld spot

The subframe has been altered now with a bandage fix
