Pothole-broken Plastic Piece

Hit a pothole in the dark, pouring rain. Loud bang. Found this plastic piece on the ground. Not sure what else might have broken off because it would’ve been swept away. Should I be concerned? I’m guessing not but thought I’d ask the community. Tire seems to be fine. Fingers crossed. Got an appointment at nearest SC, but it’s 8 days from now. Hoping they will respond to me in the morning.

Did you take a look in the wheel wheels and under the car?

Easy enough to check for anything obvious.

Rear lower control arm cover/shield. Specifically the Left side. Should be fairly cheap to replace. If I remember right its held on with 1 small bolt. They are on ebay. The other half is probably still attached to the car.

Hopefully the arm avoided a hit / bend.

Yep. I didn’t see any obvious problems from what I could tell.

You might be able to look underneath from the back. I just took this picture of mine from behind the left rear tire.
