Power adapter for charger

I just got my new Tesla S and I am very excited about the car but I am already having a problem with charging.

I wanted to try charging from 110 volt outlet so I attached the 110V adapter into the box at the end of the cord. It's seated all the way in. Now, it seems to be stuck in the box pretty tightly. How do you remove the adapter? I don't want to damage it by tugging on it too much.

Maybe it’s stuck because you’re calling it the wrong name. It’s 120V, not 110V, for at least the past 50 years.

Seriously, just pull harder.
