Power Reduced -Ok to Drive

All of a sudden I started getting the message "Power Reduced - Ok to Drive." I charged the car today on a public charger. I didn't actually notice a reduction in power.

Car is brand new. Picked it up in early February.

I scheduled a service, but earliest is 2 weeks from now.

Any ideas?

What was the weather? Power would be reduced when the weather is really cold, until the battery heats up. Did you see dots along the right hand line where the power bar normally swings?

Same just happened to me. Also 2 weeks out for appointment.
I let the charge drop below 20% for first time, and warning came on "Reduced Power Ok to drive. Front motor temporarily unavailable". So I supercharged up to 80% but it never went away. Even overnight, when I drive it in the morning it pauses before letting me put in D or R, then pops the same message. Drives like (I suspect) a standard range (RWD) would drive - kinda slow, but allows me to go over 80mph.

You have to set an appointment. I had the same thing fixed after a 2.5 week wait for service. They replaced the front drive unit, got it back in 2 days.

All cleared now but if it happens again I’ll arrange the service visit.

Might be worth setting a mobile visit via the app purely to ask them to pull the logs and check it out preemptively.

Just scheduled a visit at Glasgow SC. Hopefully they will just triage the visit and look remotely at the logs. At least it’s now logged.
