Power sharing using Gen2 and Gen3?

Not at all. OTOH, I doubt if anyone has tried, though.

People have looked at that, but it fundamentally can't happen, because the Gen3 ones will only communicate for sharing via wi-fi, which the Gen2 doesn't even have.
