My S was built in August 2016, so it isn't currently subject to the recall. Does anyone know if Tesla made changes in the power steering system after April 2016 so that vehicles built after that date will never be recalled, or is this recall based upon the vehicles being 2 years old? Is it possible vehicles built after 4/16 may be recalled later due to this issue?
