Power windows - always ready to activate

I've tried before as another thread:

Has anyone already set permanent power to the Roadster windows, to engage power windows also when car is unlocked but key removed ?

It's not simply routing permanent 12V to the windows instead of the swicthed 12V.
I tried such, which did not help; Apparently the control/logic that is activated with the power window buttons is powered down also after taking the key out.....And I only want to keep 12V permanent for the windows, not for all the other acc. in the car......

The window switches are wired to the switchpack and then the switchpack controls the motors. You would have to bypass the switchpack.
