Powertrain Requires Service on brand new Model S Plaid

Help! We just picked up our 2021 Model S Plaid a few days ago and already received a maintenance/service warning. It says Ok to drive -Powertrain requires service and then flashes to rear right motor power reduced. What does that mean exactly? No crazy driving in the car at all and it's happened about 4 times already. I scheduled a service appointment but the next available appointment is not for another two weeks. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you.
