Powerwall 2 fire concern

Ok, Might be overreacting, but 2 days ago at around 10 AM, I noticed a plasticy/rubber smell coming from the left intake vent of my powerwall. I immediately shut down the powerwall (Breaker, DC isolator, and the little switch on the side) and rang Tesla.

They said that everything's normal on their end and that I should leave it off for the next 24 hours. (Other than the smell the system's been working fine)

Past 24 hours, gave them another call. The Rep said that I'd have to wait another 48 hours for the "Level 2 service team" to review my claim.

The smell has reduced since the powerwall has been off, but I don't want this thing catching fire.

Anyone else had similar problems??

Really quite concerned, as it's less than 8 months old.
