I won this as a referral prize some time ago, and never took delivery. So I can basically transfer to the buyer and Tesla can ship to the buyer. Installation is then handled at an extra cost by Tesla or one of their certified installers.

Before updating the thread yesterday, and sending PMs to those who had already made specific reasonable offers, I had 3 offers in the mid-6s. I now have one offer higher than that. So far.
