You waited for 10 months for the other prizes you mean? I thought the Powerwall2 was new in the last referral?

I won two PowerWalls in 2015 referral programs. I couldn't get them installed and tried in both Colorado and California, but I heard the issues were regional perhaps with installers. Some got their one from 2015 installed.

Would the credit be equal to the $5500 retail value of the Powerwall 2? Or only $3500? I would think you could sell an Elon signed, limited edition PW2 for at least $5500, if not more, no?

They only offered $3500 in Tesla dollars for the undelivered PW1. The offer seemed low since the 2015 program included installation.

When you say "limited edition". What exactly are you referring to? The Signature red and signed edition PW2? Or just a Signature red PW2?
