Has anyone else experienced this problem...................the Powerwall is shut off at its switch, and also shut off at the circuit breaker panel, but the green led status indicator remains illuminated as a steady light, indicating that the battery is on and that it is communicating with Tesla? If so, how did they fix this? Thanks for any input.
When troubleshooting another problem with our 3 wall setup, Tesla service told me it could take 10+ minutes for the LED to go off.
I believe the light is integrated into the cover. I removed the opposite cover; does the front cover come off too? If so, I suspect all you'd have to do is either unplug it or insulate a splice for the LED circuit. Is there an option for the lights in the configuration?
About a week ago our Powerwall stopped charging mid-day and flat lined. I contacted Tesla and they stated it had shut down due to a grid voltage spike. It took about 15 minutes for the green LED to go out after switching the Powerwall off.
