Thanks for your replies. It is different in the UK; the installer initially made an application to the DNO (Distribution Network Operator) at the end of last year, which was approved. The Solar PV and PW2 installation was completed last Friday, they commissioned it and said that once I’ve registered the PW2 then it will be visible on the app within a few hours. Unfortunately it’s not at present, but I guess it has coincided with the weekend, so I will have to patient. Tesla PW Support don’t work on weekends, but a friendly representative did advise that she would pass my details onto their Support team to get back to me on Monday.
