Powerwall and Gateway issues

Hi guys,
Since the Tesla app update, I notice problems in my Powerwall or Gateway. If I open the app, sometimes it cannot find my system, after few seconds it appears, but has not registered last minutes/hours in house consumption, solar, Powerwall..
What do you think, is a problem related to app or Powerwall or Gateway?

Most likely the app. I have both the new and old versions, and see this problem only on the new version.

FWIW: I have the similar issues and tech support is blaming the app.

I have the same thing going on. If you log out and then log back in, you should have all the updated data.

Try doing a swipe down on the screen to have it reload/download data. You know got the gesture correct because you will see a spinning arrow plus and Tesla logo with something spinning around it.

Instead, this problem is related to Powerwall or App?
Suddenly, house is powered from energy from the grid and not from the Powerwall...

Maybe because now it's raining with some thunder?

Check if your storm watch is enable. Also, you can check the v21.35.x, where I posted but I have to reset gateway every other week, due to the same issue where I will stop producing solar, PWs will go into standby more and will start to pull from the grid for no reason. Reseting the Gateway would bring it back to expected behavior.
