Powerwall doesnt allow me to save backup reserve

Last 2 days I was trying to modify my reserve level , It is NOT allowing me to change it fails with message "Failed to save backup reserve". It allows me to decrease but doesnt allow me to increase beyond 50%. I am stuck @50% for past 2 days ..

Unsure whats wrong here ?

I am on 1.32.0 Powerwall firmware, iOS App version 3.8.2, and I just increased my Reserve from 50% to 60% with no error message.

Did you get SGIP? There is a mention in the documentation that if you aren't reaching your discharge requirement for SGIP, they would limit your ability to set the backup reserve higher.

Yep, Thats right .. I didnt realize until i called support this afternoon. But its just beginning of my 2nd year probably in 1st month. Not sure they limit so early on !.

But I get that, Its something to do early rather later would be normal policy .. I guess we could fulfill pretty fast , Last year i almost did twice ..
