PowerWall layout help

We are looking for some input on this proposed Powerwall layout using the Powerwall as the primary power source for the panel of selected circuits, also acting as a UPS for those circuits. Our goal is to recharge the Powerwalls using the grid or the generator as available via a traditional transfer switch. Any Thoughts?

I don't believe the Powerwall offers the option to charge the batteries via a separate input.
