Powerwall+ stuck in standby mode

I purchased a 12.2kw system with 2 powerwall+ back in April. And they were installed in June. However from June till now, there has been so many issues with commisioning the powerwalls. They were able to connect the powerwalls and get the latest firmware updates to run. Now the latest issue that I have seen is that that one powerwall will charge and discharge normally. However, the 2nd powerwall will randomly go into standby mode. I have called Tesla and they have not been able to help. Does anyone else have this issue?

Did you get any resolution to your issue? I am having the same problem. System was literally just installed.

I think that Tesla functions on squeaky wheels. I would keep calling. If it isn't fully functioning, it is their issue.

Just my $0.02, from someone who is still calling Tesla...
