Powerwalls in MA on National Grid

I am being told that I can only have 2 powerwalls installed in MA with National Grid. Is this true? This seems very odd. Anyone on National Grid with more than 2 powerwalls?

Why would they care as long as you have a proper transfer switch. I have a 20KW generator, that's more power than two Powerwalls.

That was one Sunrun sales person. Talked to another and he said there is no limit. Plus National Grid has a program where you sign up and they pay you to be able to draw power from your batteries and solar to help when demand is higher, so the more powerwalls the better for them.
