PPF Wrap - this look right?

recently got my front end and all doors wrapped in 3M. I just recently washed the car and right where the wrap begins on the edges of the door I see ever so slight dirt. Assume I can perhaps scrub it out but curious to see pics of others who have had their car wrapped and what the area where the wrap starts / seams look like.

Mine is wrapped around the edges so I don't see that. Also I know you aren't supposed to wash your car for a certain period of time after getting it done. I'd consult the company that did it and ask them their opinion.

also looks like they didn't seal the edges properly. your installer should be able to fix this.

I have a couple of areas that have grown and are collecting dirt. I am making an appt to have them replace those pieces of vinyl. I don’t know why that happens but I assume the installer didn’t get the edges attached well.

They need to wrap the film around/over the edges to prevent lift. Pre-cut kits will not allow for that.

Yea the installer can likely correct that for you! Wrapped edges would have helped, but there's no right/wrong there, it's your preference and installer preference.
