I may have misunderstood yours - I thought the circle on the left was dry and the one on the right was wet, and that's why it didn't match as well?

Are we talking about the drop of touch-up on the right? Are you suggesting that is evidence for a good match?

I'm confused, an earlier reference is to the Dupli-Color 070 but the link goes to:

Dupli-Color ATY1626 White Pearl Toyota Exact-Match 070 appears to be a solid white color vs this white pearl. Which one is it?​

I believe the confusion is ATY1626 is the Dupli-Color’s part number for the Toyota factory part number 070? I have found a picture of the Toyota factory touch up paint bottle and it has 070 on it. The Dupl-color is a pearl white but is darker as you can see in my posted picture.
