Pre conditioning

I have a 2021 S and my car now pre conditions at 10:30pm. When that happens my off peak(11pm-7am) is delayed by 4hours by my electric company as a penalty for trying to charge before 11pm. Any idea how I can turn off this automatic pre conditioning?

Its in the app under "schedule"
Scheduled charging is different from precondition though.
Precondition just sets the climate and warms the battery so the car is ready to go when you usually leave in the morning

Huh? Ur power company knows u have a Tesla?? What if u do laundry or bake a cake before 11pm? Same usage of power? What kind of state do u live in?? That sounds so drastic.
