Pre-painted front bumper cover from Tesla Pricing

Hi Everyone,

I had come across a thread dated last year

Have You Purchased a Pre-Painted Bumper from Tesla?

Some people got a painted front bumper cover for sub $400 while others got quoted more than double? I know when I called I was quoted $950 + tax. Does anyone have experience with ordering a painted front bumper cover from Tesla with different pricing? Just want to make sure I'm not paying some sort of SOCAL premium.

When we had a rear bumper replaced a couple years back, it was right around the $950+tax that you mentioned. Fortunately, the person who damaged the bumper covered the cost.

Have you checked the EPC to see if they have the price listed there?

I did, unfortunately a price was not listed

My scenario was a hit and run 3 days after I got the car. Was too early to even know how to work sentry mode

I, rather insurance, also paid $950 + tax July of this year to have front bumper (fascia) replaced on my 2020 pearl white model 3 dual motor. A nearby Tesla-certified body shop quoted $495 for an UNPAINTED bumper, but would have charged a bunch more to do all the painting.
