This is a problem that existed in 2018.48 and appears to remain in 2018.50.

When I drive the car, I change my settings for:
  • Creep mode: off
  • Mirror tilt: off
  • Navigate on Autopilot: enabled
  • Steering: Comfort
  • Parking chime: off
As long as I'm driving, these settings persist.

When my wife drives, and uses her profile, all of those settings appear to revert to the default values -- which would be correct, as she's never delved into changing them.

When I drive again, and load my driver profile, none of those settings change back to my preferred value. I have to go through the menus and set them all again.

Is it just me? :)

I have no idea what will be saved in the profile. So if you find a thing that doesn’t save: change your seat position, save it. Then change it back, change the other setting then save. That works for me for many settings: maps, hvac control, lights, steering style.

Good tip, I'll give that a try.

Indeed this suggestion worked. I sat in the car, did a profile change, noticed all of the settings reverted. I went back to my profile, made the settings changes, then did a short seat move, and a "Save," and they seem to persist now.
