I have on order an M3P, Blue Metallic and white interior. No FSD.

Price is $56,990
Then it says "preferred terms" $58,190

Anyone know what that means?

They would prefer that you pay a little more. Does that surprise you?

I believe that $1200 is destination, not documentation fee, but yes, OP that $1200 is a fee everyone pays on a new tesla. Other dealers charge destination fees too, they are just varying amounts. I believe BMWs destination fee is $925 for example. No one ever puts them in the MSRP, even though they are a mandatory fee for every new vehicle (no way to avoid it unless you buy used).
